This page will be updated as new information becomes available. South Facing Festival series takes place across three weekends on the historic Concert Bowl area of Crystal Palace Park. The 2024 event series runs from 27 July to 11 August 2024.

The event build will commence on 19 July 2024 and de-rig will be completed by 15 August 2024. Please note that there will be temporary changes to access in the park during this time, including walking routes, and parking.
The Sydenham Car Park will be closed all day for each event day (26, 27 & 28 July, 1, 3, 4, 9, 10 & 11 August).
The Paxton Car Park will be closed 2 hours before the gates open on show days. The timings are as follows:
From 14:00 Friday 26 July, Thursday 1 August & Friday 9 August
From Midday Saturday 27 July, Sunday 28 July & Saturday 3 August
From 11:00 Saturday 10 August
From 10:00 Sunday 4 August & Sunday 11 August
Terrace Straight Parking and Penge Car Park remain open as usual, please note they will continue to be locked at park closing times.
One path around the Concert Bowl won't be accessible while the steel shield is up, but alternative temporary walkways will be available for accessibility purposes.
Security will be able to assist with any questions.
There won't be any road closures,but there will be extra public transport controls as people leave on show days.
We work closely with South Facing Festival and other event organisers to ensure that our important landscape and heritage assets are protected and maintained. It is the responsibility of event promoters to restore the Park back to the same condition that it was in prior to the event, and at their own expense. A thorough site assessment is completed before and after all events to ensure that the Park is restored to the same condition.
