‍“Working in South London Parks from 2013 I was always fascinated by the transmitter on the horizon and the sign posting of an incredible location.  I always knew about the Crystal Palace but when I moved to South London a few years ago it became one of my regular places to walk, meet friends and soak up the views.  Each time, I visited I found a new area to explore and remember very clearly a frosty December Sunday when I spotted the Concert Platform and did some research into the Trust and found that events was a key part of the plan for the Park.  This felt like an opportunity to be a part of something incredible and the next chapter of this amazing location’s history.
