Spring Crafts in the Secret Garden free drop-in
Tuesday 15 April, 10:30 – 12:30
Join local artist David Vallade for a morning of Earth-day themed crafting outside the Secret Garden. Most suitable for ages 5+. The Secret Garden will also be open, so you can explore the pond, little woodland areas and its wildlife in a secret part of the Park not usually open to visitors.
Drop-in between 10:30am and 12pm, no tickets necessary. Event ends at 12:30pm.
The Big Dinosaur Egg Hunt

Join us in Crystal Palace Park for an Easter Egg hunt with a twist.
The famous Crystal Palace Dinosaurs have lost their eggs! Can you solve the riddles and help them find them?
Follow the map to take in a route around the Geological Court and Tidal Lakes where the dinos live and make your way back to the start to claim a special (dino-themed) prize.
As per previous years, we expect this event to be VERY busy, so please do try to stick to your ticketed start time to help us manage traffic on the day.

Crystal Palace Park Bird Walk with RSPB

Join the Bromley RPSB as they seek out some of the birds that call Crystal Palace Park home. An early morning walk to make the most of the quieter time of day.
Starting at 08:30 at Guy the Gorilla, the walk will last around 90 minutes finishing at 10:00. Maximum of 20 people so booking is essential.

Earth Day family activities (free!)

Join Crystal Palace Park Trust to celebrate Earth Day 2025 with free family activities! With support from the Bumblebee Conservation Trust, the activities in this event will help participants understand the role of pollinators and explore ways in which we can support them by creating new sources of food for them. Led by the knowledgeable team at BCT, participants will be assisted in the process of catching and looking at the different bumblebee species in the park up close, learning how to identify each species. (Nets and pots provided for people to learn how to safe bee catching).
There'll also be drop-in spring craft sessions and seed ball making activities taking place outside the Secret Garden.
